This Cookie Policy explains how Tow Control Dispatch Corporation (“Tow Control Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, browser or app storage, software development kits (“SDKs”), and similar technologies through our websites, mobile applications, dispatch platform, public tracking pages, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Important: We do not publish cookie values, authentication tokens, API keys, encryption material, or other security secrets in this policy. Cookie names used by major vendors are public identifiers and are not passwords. Authentication values are protected separately and should never be shared.
Cookies are small text files that a website asks a browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, mobile secure storage, SDK-generated device identifiers, pixels, and cached preferences. They may be operated by us (“first party”) or by a service provider whose feature we use (“third party”). The mobile applications do not use browser cookies in exactly the same way as a website. They may use secure device storage, operating-system permissions, SDKs, and device identifiers for equivalent operational purposes. This policy covers those technologies where relevant.

We do not currently use advertising cookies to build advertising profiles or sell cookie-derived personal information. If we later introduce nonessential advertising or cross-site analytics technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.
The exact technologies present can vary by device, browser, region, user settings, and which features a user opens. Vendor cookie names and retention periods may also change. The table below identifies the most important categories and representative public cookie names without disclosing any secret values.
Our web and mobile Services use Google Maps Platform for functions such as displaying an interactive dispatch map, showing driver or job locations, creating map markers and routes, and converting addresses into coordinates. On the web, Google Maps resources are loaded when a map feature is opened. Mobile operating systems and the Google Maps SDK may use device-level technologies rather than ordinary browser cookies.
When Google Maps loads or receives a location request, Google may receive the user’s IP address, device and browser information, map interactions, approximate or precise location where permission has been granted, addresses or coordinates submitted to the feature, and Google cookie or account information available under the user’s Google and browser settings. Google operates these technologies under its own terms and privacy practices.
Google states that cookies and similar technologies may be used for functionality, security, fraud and abuse prevention, preferences, analytics, and—depending on the user’s settings, region, and Google services—advertising or personalization. Tow Control Dispatch does not receive a user’s Google password or the secret contents of Google’s cookies.

Stripe may place cookies or use similar technologies when a user opens website checkout or the hosted billing portal. These technologies help Stripe process payments, recognize trusted or suspicious activity, prevent fraud, satisfy regulatory requirements, and secure its services. Payment card details entered into Stripe-hosted pages are handled by Stripe and are not placed into a Tow Control Dispatch cookie. The native apps do not contain a membership-purchase flow; an existing Stripe customer may open the billing portal to manage an existing account. Most browsers let users view, block, or delete cookies and site storage. Mobile operating systems provide controls for location, tracking, advertising identifiers, notifications, and app data. Users can also manage applicable Google settings through their browser or Google account.
Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in, checkout, map display, public tracking, or other requested features from working properly. Disabling location permission does not necessarily disable maps, but it may prevent current-location and live-location functions. Users can generally enter addresses manually where the feature permits.
To clear Tow Control Dispatch web storage, use the browser’s privacy or site-data controls and then sign in again. To clear mobile app storage, use the device’s app settings or uninstall the app. Signing out removes or invalidates applicable session information, subject to technical and security requirements.
